expertise and experience allows us to recommend a myriad
of plan design features including the traditional 401(k)
profit sharing plan to designs that entail cross-tested
and age-weighted tiered compensation structures as well
as safe-harbor allocations. In addition, we also have extensive
knowledge and experience with ESOPS, Defined Benefit, Phantom
Stock and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation plans.
