Service Model
One of the key components of a successful retirement plan
is the communication and education processes a service provider
utilizes to communicate the benefits of the plan to its
participants.
We will construct a customized communication and education
program for the plan. In addition, we regularly analyze
plan demographics to determine what targeted education formats
or enrollment strategies may be appropriate and effective.
The RIA(k) Smart Plan bases its
approach to participant service upon individual help and
assistance supplemented by group meetings and extensive
on-line education. We educate participants about basic retirement
planning and investment management concepts and make ourselves
available to discuss individual account-level issues with
them as well.
